I have added this list to the Gmane NNTP interface to mailing lists: http://gmane.io/ .
Although I proposed a more sensible newsgroup name, the administrator added the list as
gmane.org.clubs.tilde .
This newsgroup should be created soon after Gmane recevies this first post. That done, this list should be readable and writable via nntp://news.gmane.io .
