Used to. I'm not sure when it shut down. Now, https://news.tildeverse.org redirects to the tilde.club nntp summary page.

Cosmic, black, team, pink and a few others are already federating. Hopefully club is connecting to the existing network. I'll need to add the new group names, I suppose.
