tilde.team rebooting any now and then?

Hi,

does anyone if there is planned maintenance on tilde.team? It rebootet last night, and also another time 30 minutes ago. Additionally, the IRC server is disconnected from the rest of the tildeverse IRC network.

I am just wondering if there's really someone working on it or if there's a real problem?
