finger doesn't seem to work when i use it outside of my ssh session

Hello, It seems like finger recognized .project and .plan files for other users on tilde.team, but not me. Whenever I use finger from outside this session, it doesn't seem to recognize my plan or project files, but when I simply type 'finger ethan' when logged in via ssh, everything works. I'm not sure why this is. If anyone knows why this is happening, please let me know.

user gougou has a broken ssh pubkey, needs support

Hello everyone, I'm writing for user gougou, who has a valid account - and also a working email address - but can't ssh into tilde.team as the public key he supplied a while ago is broken (some kind of file corruption). What would be the right way for him to get this corrected? To who by what means can he send his pubkey so that it can be put into his auhtorized_keys? I do have a copy, but frankly, it should be him providing it... Thanks :-) ~yalla.
