These notifications can be turned off by logging into your account and disabling the daily notification setting.
Encrypted message notifications are newly added to mailserver for additional protection for sensitive emails.
Note that unread messages will be deleted automatically.

did that message have an x-spam header set? you should be able to set a sieve filter on that header
