I took the liberty of adding this mailing list to the [Gmane] service which exposes it as a NNTP news group, which enables you to read it with your favorite news/Usenet clients as opposed to a stream of emails.
The list is called `gmane.os.unix.tildeteam' and the Gmane server is `news.gmane.io'.

I might create an RSS feed if I can figure out how.
FWIW, I discovered your mailing list this way (I monitor gmane.announce).

For some reason I don't see some threads there at all, and some threads don't have all the messages that I can see in my mailbox.

Gmane is great, but is not after entry into Gmane that all the spam started? Can the admin(s) look into the origin of all the spam e-mails and stop them?
