It's not even asking for my SSH key passphrase.

It is *barely* possible that your shell wasn't found on bsd.tilde.team, ssh will very intuitively give a "permission denied" error in that case. I had this issue some time ago, where my shell (mksh) wasn't installed and I couldn't log in.
Might try nagging ben on #team for help :)
