Hi everyone :) Turns out that oats do not agree with my body very well, so I sadly had to cut that out of my breakfast routine. Now it's just a bagel or toast with peanut butter and jam, but I'm feeling a lack of a "larger" part of the breakfast meal, something to tide me over longer
Wanted to ask if anyone had suggestions, or better, what everyone eats for breakfast :)
Thanks!
my go-tos for breakfast are either cereal or a bagel. it's mostly been bagels lately!

Green tea and toast (most days with marmalade, rarely with butter). If not toast then whatever fruit is on hand. In my house it's usually bananas, apples, or tangerines.
