I've been using (or not using, if I'm honest) Plerd, though not running the daemon on the server and just scp'ing it from my desktop box. In fullblown daemon mode you can just drop markdown files into a Dropbox or sshfs-mounted directory and it will magically turn it into a blog entry and I thiiiiink (but could be wrong) that the daemon can now recognize multiple blogs.
