I've been watching a lot of old episodes of Barefoot Contessa (Ina Garten) on YouTube. It's such a calming universe. The episodes with Jeffrey in them are the best.

I also look forward to Thursdays for new episodes of Dave Chang's podcast, The Dave Chang Show. He really goes right for it, whatever it is. If you're having a crisis of confidence, I suggest starting with any of the Pre-Opening Diaries, especially the first of the two episodes he recorded with the chef of Momofuku Kawi, Eun Jo Park.

Theme: It's good to watch people be thoughtful, and it's good to listen to people be honest.

I'm glad you mentioned hurdy gurdy, I didn't know that and they are
amazing. I'll listen a lot to it.

As for me, I'm spending a lot of time in some YouTube channels. Two of
them that really deserve to be mentioned are

* 3blue1brown (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYO_jab_esuFRV4b17AJtAw),
with great explanations to interesting mathematical problems through
beautiful animations. I even got a bit emotional when I learned what a
determinant was :)
* Journey to the Microcosmos
(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCBbnbBWJtwsf0jLGUwX5Q3g), where
gorgeous videos from microscopic organisms are commented by the most
pleasant narrator ever.
