Varies by client. Fastmail's web client offers me "Reply to sender" and "reply to list" (there's no reply-all which amuses me terribly).

Oh, and also this mailing list sends you a copy of your own posts, which not all mailing lists do. Some clients will recognize the duplication and not show you both, others will go "oh a new message I have never seen before, how novel" and thread both your outgoing and mailing-list versions (Fastmail turns out to be the latter, which surprises me).
